A nearby 50% interest, ah, I guess the filter criterion on the profile is keeping the rest from sending me a message. The filter stays put but I should probably take off my photographs! Maybe not.
Another prospective is being talked about among the parents, another daunting proposition is made, and we play the wait and watch game. This chap lives in Delhi, supports a MNC lifestyle and for all practical purposes suits the traditional good guy-good family picture to perfection. My response elicits a familiar response from mother - “I never thought I will have to think about your marriage. I believed you would do it on your own.’’ Well, I am doing my own thing, which is ‘nothing’. Really for their sake, I could have found and married someone?
I allow myself to dream about what being married will be like, the grocery shopping, in-laws, cooking for dinner and sundry guests, predictability, a set life.
No, not yet.
